Hello Ladies! I hope everyone is having a great January. It has been a few weeks since my last blog, but I wanted to write a final farewell to you all. Soon, a new student blogger will be stepping in my shoes and sharing her experiences with all of us. Even though I will no longer be blogging, I will be reading and enjoying the blogs of all of the women who are a part of the Diabetes Sisters movement.

The power of sharing is what bonds all of us to each other. It is through each others experiences that we make it through the days that kick our feet out from under ourselves. The past few weeks have been quite exciting and hectic for me with the holidays, work, and complications. Some days seem okay... then there are days that make me feel like sitting in the corner of the kitchen and letting it all out. On the bright side, we all have those days. If it were not for those days, I am not so sure I would be as grateful for the good days. Also, by posting my feelings about the hardships that come with the disease, I open myself up to the support and love that comes from all of you. In my final farewell, I would like to say thank you ladies. Thank you for helping me and guiding me with your comments for the time that I have blogged. I hope to read more of your blogs, as well as hear your thoughts. Lets all be supportive and caring for our new student blogger to come. I know I will. :)
