DiabetesSisters' success is largely due to its partnerships on a national, state, community, and individual level.  We are honored to work with a wide variety of organizations, companies, institutions, health systems, government agencies, diabetes bloggers and online communities serving people with diabetes in order to reach more women with diabetes with our messages of healthy living and positive peer support.  Through the efforts of our partners, we can effectively extend our reach to our target audiences: women at risk of developing gestational, type 2 or LADA diabetes, women who have been diagnosed with Type 1, Type 2, Gestational, LADA, MODY, or Pre-Diabetes, and health care providers who serve these women.

On both the national and local level, DiabetesSisters reaches out to everyone we can in order to provide DiabetesSisters members and Weekend for Women Conference attendees information on the diabetes resources available in their geographic area.  We are eager to ensure that women with diabetes are connected to the support groups, advocacy organizations, providers, research institutions, and local education opportunities available to them wherever they are.  If you are interested in becoming a partner, please email us at info@diabetessisters.org.
